Do you know what’s going on with your loans? If you’re not using your loan check-list in Point, then you’re missing out on one valuable tool.
The Loan Checklist displays the status of all incoming and outgoing documents that are added from the Track > Loan Status screen. Basic and miscellaneous documents can also be added to this checklist to easily track and update the status of documents required to complete the loan file.
With consistent use of loan status and your loan checklist, running status reports is a snap. Point already includes standard loan status reports so you can always keep track of your loans and your pipeline. You can also use loan status information to target specific groups for marketing campaigns. As an example, if you run a report and find that you have a number of applicants who never progressed past the application in the process, you can send them an email to find out what you can do to help them complete the loan.
