With all the reports in the news about identity theft, customer data hacking, and credit card theft, there is a chance you have been a victim. I know I have. Two years ago somebody used my credit card number to go on an online shopping spree for “Fathead” wall stickers. Luckily the credit card company recognized unusual activity and closed the account, but it was extremely inconvenient trying to remember the vendors I needed to update once I had my new card.
So this is just a reminder to monthly subscription holders to make sure your credit card is current with us. If you have had to cancel the credit card you use for Point for any reason, please call your account specialist with a new number. If your card has expired, you will need to call with the expiration date on your newly issued card.
