New in Point 8.0: Loan Pipeline View

BJ Bounds

You asked for it and now you’ve got it.  Point 8.0 has a new Loan Pipeline View screen that shows you the loans you are working on.

The pipeline view gives you quick access to the loans you need the most.  They can be grouped automatically by status or you can manually add loans to your view regardless of status.

You can even set up your Point desktop to default to the pipeline view to make sure you see what you want to see first!

Pipeline view is only available in 8.0 so make sure you update your software.

If you enable the Pipeline View, others users still on Point 7.6 or an earlier version will not be able to search for any existing loans on files you share with them. For this reason, every user you share files with should update to 8.0 before Pipeline View is enabled.

For more information on this new feature of 8.0 or others, visit the release notes or our Knowledge Base.  Our support team is also here to help at 800-342-2599.

I am looking forward to seeing new Calyx app for iphone next Month. Hopefully for ipad also. What about Mac or cloud based version?

Hi Richard! We’re excited about the mobile apps, too. Even though we don’t have the iPad version for this release, you’ll be able to use the iPhone app on the iPad; it just wont’ be optimized for the size. Path is next on our list for you if you’re looking for a cloud based LOS. It’s based on Microsoft Azure’s cloud platform and it’s coming soon so keep watching! BJ
