It’s Groundhog Day!

Well, officially it’s tomorrow so we won’t know the details until Monday. But I do look forward to Phil’s forecast every year.  It never seems to apply to us here in Texas but then again, we have a hard time forecasting our weather one day in advance, let alone 6 weeks.

We had another mild winter.  Our temperatures in mid to late January got up to near 80 with dips into the 30’s at random.  Coats in the morning—shorts in the afternoon.  That’s Texas for you!

I know there are quite a few forecasting Groundhogs out there and I’d love to hear if their past predictions have been accurate for your area.

Any Groundhog Day followers out there?
