Did you know the procedure for reinstalling Point recently changed?
Before the MyCalyx 1.4 update, a MyCalyx Administrator only needed to resend an email to the Point end user with instructions to follow the Installation Wizard to reinstall.
Since the MyCalyx 1.4 update, a Point user needing to reinstall Point receives a message “Point has installed successfully. A new version of Point will open” and when the user tries to open Point, nothing happens.
This is because prior to reinstalling Point, Point must be uninstalled from the computer and a new installation email needs to be resent from MyCalyx.
