Point 9.0 SP3 contains an important update to the Update Status function in the Information Bar. When Updating Status from the Information Bar a number of status lines, including Custom Statuses, were being deleted from view in the Loan Progress window under the Track Menu > Status and Checklist sections. This problem can continue as long as you have any systems running on SP2. For additional information, please see KnowledgeBase article 0872, available here.
